Sale terms:

Any sale order implied the acceptance of your general sale terms.

Our price lists are without taxes, incoterm ex works, to whom it will be necessary to add the price of the freight for followed parcel.
Any sale is considered as definitive, any return " for try " supports( a 16-euro HT invoicing for administrative cost and reconditioning, except loan* established in advance by 2 parts.
Toutefois, si le client ne souhaite pas de suivi de colis, nous pouvons, lorsque l'article s'y prête, faire un envoi par la Poste, dans ce cas nous nous déchargeons de la responsabilité du suivi, et en cas de casse n'assurons pas le SAV.
For delivery in France, a postage-paid is applied for the orders of magnifying glasses superior to 340 euros HT in metropolitan France only for the pricing below (the postage-paid does not apply for orders of electronic magnifiers and CCTVs).
Minimum of order is 60 euros HT (non negotiable).
After one month (based on invoice date), the goods are neither taken back, nor exchanged. In case of return, the freight cost stays chargeable to the contractor.

You have a deadline of 7 days to return quite produced which seems to you defective. After this deadline, the exchanges will be charged.

According to the article L. 441-6 of the french commercial law, the late charges are due for lack of regulation, the day following by the date of payment which appears on the invoice. The rate of the penalties is 20 % a year. And 12.63€ will be charged for payment reminder costs.
Penalty clause: in case of not execution by the customer of the payment when due planned, LESA France reserves the right to subcontract the covering and at the same time to increase the total of the invoice of 15 %.
In france, if the customer wishes however that LESA France takes care to make a carrier pass to get back the material, a 45€ lump sum HT (+TVA 20 % for french customer) will be charged to the customer. For foreign customers, LESA FRANCE do not provide this service.

No loan can be done for the foreign customers.

* Prêt 2 concerne les vidéos agrandisseurs, 1 seul appareil par envoi. Le montant est de 89.73 € HT pour une durée de 15 jours, le prêt commence à courir à la date de réception des articles par le client. L’enlèvement est inclus pour la France Métropolitaine.

Warranty terms:

The goods are warranted against any manufacturing defaults for 2 years.

This warrany is excluded for:

For the wear and consumable parts: bulb, batteries, cables, ...
For a normal wear of product.
For an inappropriate use of product.
For a uncorrect mounting.
For a damage cause to the product by any kind of external element.
For a damage cause by an old battery.

An invoice must be provide for warranty to applied

When goods come back, the freight is at charge of the customer.

The defaults after warranty will be analysed and might take in charge after acceptance of a reparation quote. The cost a quote is 30€ Tax excl.

En France, si le client souhaite toutefois que LESA FRANCE se charge de faire passer un transporteur pour récupérer le matériel, une somme forfaitaire de 45 € HT (+ TVA 20 %) sera facturée au client. Pour les clients hors France métropolitaine, ce service n'est pas fourni.
